Take Responsibility for your own Happiness.

Make a decision today to do something positive for yourself, even if it is just one little thing!!! Sitting around and waiting for someone or something positive to happen in your life, will only keep you stuck in that continued cycle of frustration, sadness, anger and pit of emptiness. Who wants to be there??? So go ahead, get up, take a walk, call up an old friend, write down a goal, say something nice to a stranger, go try on a fabulous pair of shoes, dance it out to your favorite song…just do something. I promise, even if for a moment; you will smile!!! Now do a little more of that each day and watch the changes in your mood, your thoughts, and your energy!!! Now get up and do something.
