Why must I grieve?
When not addressed or processed, grief can leave a person feeling alone, angry, depressed and stuck. Are you grieving and have never been able to talk about it? Are you experiencing intense pain, a subtle sadness that doesn’t go away, conflict in your relationships, and anger for no reason? Untreated grief can impact every aspect of our lives.
